Returns & Exchange Policy

At Vaanyah, we want you to love what you wear.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with an easy and smooth return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The tags and labels are intact.
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products that show signs of wear or damage due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear
- Accessories (jewellery, masks, etc.)
- Products bought during a sale, clearance, or special discount event
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
You can initiate a return or exchange in 3 simple steps:
- Email us at vaanyahfashion@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping
- We offer free return pickup in most locations.
- If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address.
- Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Refunds will be processed only after the product passes the quality check.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- We’ll arrange the exchange free of cost (subject to availability).
- If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit as per your preference.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at vaanyahfashion@gmail.com with clear product photos.
- We will arrange a quick replacement or refund after verification.
8. Important Notes
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Repeated returns from the same customer may lead to restrictions on future orders.
- Vaanyah reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
